  • What happens if payment isn't made?
  • All Blue Cloud accounts are on a month to month rolling contract and you have a grace period of 7 days to work without limitation. If payment is not received within those 7 days, then your Blue Cloud account will be put on the free plan, free crmwith a 5 GB limit and functionality corresponding to the free plan. If the amount of data in your Blue Cloud account exceeds 5 GB, then after the grace period mentioned above, data will be accessible only for reading and deleting. You will not be able to load new files, tasks, input data into the CRM, or perform other actions until the data is below the 5 GB limit. As soon as the amount of data is below 5GB, all the functionality of the free plan will be engaged, and use of the free version can continue indefinitely. However, if no administrator or user accesses the Blue Cloud over the course of one month after the 7-day grace period, then the account 'freezes', and can only be released (Unfrozen) by having an administrator (an employee of your company with administrator rights in your Blue Cloud account) log in. If no administrator logs in over the course of another 15 days after the account 'freezes', the Blue Cloud account will be deleted.
  • What happens to my Blue Cloud Account if I stop using it?
  • Paid plans devolve to the free plan according to the process described above. If a Blue Cloud account on a free plan (either converted to a free plan or originally on a free plan) is completely inactive over the course of 30 days, it 'freezes' and will be archived. The Blue Cloud account can only be retrieved by an administrator of the account (you or a user with administrator rights). To retrieve the account, an administrator simply needs to log in. If no administrator logs in for another 15 days after the Blue Cloud account is 'frozen' and the account will be deleted.
  • What advantages are there in using a cloud service?
  • Cloud services do not require installation and all security and maintenance is performed by Free CRMSkye Cloud. The service is ready for use immediately. Cloud CRM provides flexibility and negates disaster recovery. If your PC becomes corrupt you could potentially lose everything, with Cloud services your information is backed up once a day to multiple areas. Cloud services also give you or your business an ongoing service without the need for capital expenditure and As long as employees have internet access, they can work from anywhere. This flexibility positively affects knowledge workers' work-life balance and productivity.
  • What is SaaS / Cloud service?
  • Generally, Cloud services deliver you software products (new or existing) without the need to install and maintain them locally on your computer or a web server. In most cases, the Cloud services are available from any place via the Internet. SaaS stands for 'Software as a Service' and reflects pretty much the same concept as Cloud services. In Cloud computing and SaaS offers users rent (or 'borrow') online software instead of actually purchasing and installing it on their own computers
  • How do I cancel my Bluecloud account?
  • If you are using Blue Cloud CRM with a free subscription plan (Basic), simply discontinue using the service. Your data will be 'frozen' if no one logs in to your Blue Cloud account within a 30-day period. After another 15 days all data along with user accounts and domain name will be irrevocably deleted. If you are using the Premium subscription service or the Bespoke subscription plan), contact a Blue Cloud representative or the Blue Cloud Partner through which you've been purchasing monthly subscriptions and inform them that you no longer wish to use the service and would like to cancel subsequent payments (cancel recurrent payments / auto-billing). After that, the paid plans will devolve to the free plan, and you can either continue on the free plan or simply stop using the service.
  • How do I know how much more online storage space I have left?
  • Provided that you have appropriate administrative rights, you can view how much space has already been used in your Blue Cloud CRM and how much more free space is left. Depending on your subscription plan, by default you have 5Gb (Free), 20Gb (Premium) online storage. You can extend your online storage for additional 20Gb for each subscription plan.   • Free CRMHow can I update or change my credit card?
  • To update your credit card/Debit Card information, please send a request to Customer Services or get in touch with the Blue Cloud Partner you've been purchasing monthly subscriptions from. Please make sure that you get in touch with Blue Cloud or your Blue Cloud partner in a timely manner so that your subscription payments are not delayed.
  • What's the catch with the free edition?
  • There isn't one! The free version of our CRM features all the tools we think you will need to help organise your business data. It's limited to 2 users, which is great for small businesses.
  • How Secure is Your Data Centre?
  • In a nutshell VERY! We have own our Datacentres in London and Maidstone with muliple redundancy failsafe systems. With multiple internet connections, multiple hardware setups and off site back ups - combined with military grade onsite security (e.g. biometrics) your data is in safe hands.   • The CRM has been designed to be responsive, so yes it will work on a smartphone as well as a desktop.

  • Yes, the system has an inbuilt diary / appointment making system.
  • Who else sees my data?
  • Any information inputted into your system belongs to you. It is not available for anyone else to see.
